Tata Indicom customer care calls
In my opinion the tata pre-paid costomer care reps are not at all trained how to talk and attend to calls. There have been many occassions where i have had problems or queries and the reps speak incorrect english or statements, at times they are not even updated with the right kind of info and so mis-understanding takes place. dont know how many of u'll wud agree but i've had reakl bad experiences talking to the tata pre-paid customer care reps
Positives
The network and other msging facility is far better than any other mobile services.
Negatives
Alot needs to be done to improve the standards of customer care services.

Yes
